I am an existing customer on your previous website. Do I have to create a new account?
Please create a new account as our old website is on a different platform. Thank you for the patience.
I have just placed an order but am confused about the local/overseas shipping rates. What is the difference between local courier, local normal postage and local registered postage
For local orders via courier, we deliver via courier services at a flat rate of $7 (delivery usually 2-3 working days after payment is done, comes with tracking number).
For normal postage, we go via Singpost (delivery usually 2-5 working days. note that we are not liable for any losses via normal postage.).
For registered postage, we go via Singpost (delivery usually 2-3 working days and comes with tracking number.)
For overseas order, please select courier and we will email you the various shipping methods and rates available within 2 working days.
I have submitted my order. How do I make payments?
For local orders, after submitting your order you will see a confirmation message together with our bank payment details. You will also receive an email based on your registered email address together with the payment details. Please proceed to make payment and sms us at 97863299 after payment is done.
For overseas orders, we will advice on shipping rates and durations before you confirm and make payment. We only accept Paypal payments for overseas orders.
I have not received my item after a few days. Why is that so?
For local orders, you should receive your items within the stipulated delivery date range as stated above. For local normal postage orders, we are not liable for any losses as there is no tracking number provided.
For overseas orders, you will be able to track your parcel status according to the tracking number that we will provide.
The item does not fit. Can I do an exchange?
As long as the item is in original condition and with hangtag intact, we allow exchange within 2 weeks. Please inform us via sms at 97863299 for local orders exchange and via email at email@example.com for overseas orders.
Do note that we do not allow exchange for sale items. Do note that buyer is to bear the postage/shipping costs involved for the exchange.
If your preferred size is not available for exchange, we do allow exchange to other items. We do not offer any refunds.
For items purchased via appointment fittings, we do not allow exchange as customer would have tried and checked products on site.
The color/sizing looks a little different from the picture on the website. Why is that so?
We try to take pictures/measure all our items to the closest accuracy. Do note that due to lighting angles etc, there may be slight variance in the color or sizing.
